Lot-specific costs may include clearing, demolition, earthwork/fill, water/well, sewer/septic, electrical service, utility extensions, drainage, driveway/site improvements, sod, irrigation, landscaping and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Site specific costs can be identified upon a free site assessment.
